2. Terms and Conditions of Sale (CGV / T&Cs)

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“T&Cs”) apply to all purchases made on rareinventory.com, operated by YOOBOOST SAS (“Rare Inventory”, “we”, “us”).
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these T&Cs, which must be accepted before checkout.
2.1 Products
Rare Inventory sells physical collectible products. Product descriptions, photos, and key characteristics are available on each product page.
2.2 Prices
- Prices are stated in EUR, including VAT (TTC) unless otherwise indicated.
- Shipping fees (and any additional costs) are shown before you confirm the order.
- We may update prices at any time, but orders are billed at the price displayed when the order is placed.
2.3 Availability
Products are offered subject to stock availability. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will inform you promptly and offer either:
- a refund, or
- a replacement / later shipment, with your explicit agreement.
2.4 Ordering Process
The ordering process includes:
- selecting products and adding them to the cart
- entering delivery and billing details
- choosing shipping and payment method
- reviewing the order summary and correcting errors
- confirming the order via a button clearly indicating an obligation to pay
An order becomes binding once you receive an order confirmation email.
2.5 Payment
