Where do you ship?
Across Europe. We ship from France to every European country, the United Kingdom and Switzerland included. Every order includes a tracking number so you can follow your shipment from our warehouse to your door. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the nature of the product.
Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
Depending on your country, customs duties or import taxes may apply upon arrival. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. Rare Inventory has no control over these fees and cannot predict or cover them.
What is your return policy?
Consumers in Europe have 14 days after delivery to change their mind, no reason needed. Every item ships photographed with its order number and a numbered Rare Inventory seal: it must come back with that seal intact, the factory seal unopened if it was sold sealed, and complete. Return shipping is at your cost, with tracking and insurance. If an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, write to us within 3 days with photos and we replace or refund it, return shipping on us. Full details in our Returns policy.
Are all products authentic?
Yes. Every item available on Rare Inventory is 100% authentic. We source exclusively from trusted suppliers and verified channels. Authenticity is non-negotiable for us, and every product goes through a verification process before it becomes part of our inventory.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Most products are released in limited quantities and will not be restocked once sold out. If an item catches your eye, we recommend securing it quickly. Limited availability is part of what makes these pieces worth collecting.
How do I pay?
Payments are processed securely through Mollie. We accept credit and debit cards, bank transfer (SEPA), Klarna, iDEAL, Belfius, Bancomat Pay, Satispay, and select crypto networks including Solana, Polygon, and Base. All transactions are encrypted and processed on a secure checkout.
