Lou Sapphire – Living Dead Dolls Figure | Mezco Toyz
Lou Sapphire is “Pure Evil.” The coffin box says it. The doll delivers it.
This is a classic Living Dead Dolls release by Mezco Toyz, one of the most iconic horror collectible lines ever produced. Lou Sapphire arrives in his signature look: dark hair piled high with small red devil horns, fierce red eyes, a sharp widow’s peak, and a dramatic black and red outfit. Every detail is designed to unsettle, and that’s exactly the point.

Living Dead Dolls – Lou Sapphire | Mezco Toyz
The sculpt is sharp and expressive. His oversized eyes stare forward with intensity. His pale skin and bold features pop against the deep pink coffin interior. She is unmistakably Living Dead Dolls.
The packaging is part of the experience. She arrives sealed inside his coffin-shaped display box, complete with spider webs, the “I’m Dead” tag, and his character poem on the back. It is a presentation built for collectors who appreciate the full aesthetic.
Lou Sapphire comes with his “Sleep with the Worms” accessory, adding one more layer to his dark backstory.
Still sealed. Still in his coffin. Exactly how a collector wants to find his.
