Hot Wheels RLC x Daniel Arsham Eroded Ford Mustang | HPJ33 | Mattel Creations Lap 4
This is the fourth collaboration between Hot Wheels and New York artist Daniel Arsham, released exclusively through Mattel Creations in 2024. Part of the “Lap 4” drop, this piece marks the series’ first global launch event, kicked off at KITH Tokyo with Arsham in attendance.

The Eroded Mustang is based on Arsham’s original 1:1 eroded sculpture of the iconic 1968 Ford Mustang from the film Bullitt. Mattel reproduced that work in 1:64 scale using Silkstone casting, the same premium material used in high-end collector die-cast. The result is a miniature fine art object as much as it is a Hot Wheels car.
Officially licensed by Ford Motor Company and produced under the Hot Wheels Red Line Club. Style code HPJ33.
